Spirituality
What is Spirituality?
Spirituality is a philosophy, a stream of thought, a discipline, the traditional heritage of our culture, the essence of the thoughts of sages and thinkers, the divine gift of the Upanishads. It is an effort to solve the unsolved puzzles of the soul, the Supreme Being, the individual, illusion, birth-death, rebirth, and creation-destruction.
Ask yourself, "Who am I?" When a person tries to understand "Who am I?" that is where spirituality begins.
Believe firmly! You are very great because you are the soul, the child of the great Father "Supreme Being." Knowing oneself and recognizing God is the ultimate goal of spirituality.
Avoid impure and negative actions and thoughts, consider actions that harm social and national life as sins. Always illuminate your life with eternal values such as morality, virtuous life principles, altruism, purity, truth, justice, and duty-consciousness. This is spirituality.
In the end, if spirituality is to be defined in one line, it is "Keeping eternal values alive is true spirituality."
